Therapy for ALL of you

If you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or feel like you’re drowning a little, welcome. I’m really glad you’re here. Maybe you’ve spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself, your past, or a relationship that keeps leaving you confused. You’ve read the books, tried the coping skills, maybe even been to therapy, but you’re still anxious, hard on yourself, or struggling to feel safe in your own body. There’s room here for all of that.

Hi, I’m Cassie! I’m a trauma therapist specializing in anxiety, narcissistic abuse, and nervous system regulation. I help people make sense of confusing relationships, soften the shame they’ve carried, and learn to trust themselves again.

You might know a lot about why you feel the way you do and still have no idea what to do with those feelings. I love helping you bridge that gap: finding words for experiences you haven’t been able to explain and helping you connect with emotions that have felt too overwhelming to touch.

I’m laid back and usually barefoot, sitting crisscross in my chair. I show up as my real, authentic self, and I invite you to do the same. Nothing needs to be edited, polished, or perfected before you come in.

I don’t care what you wear, what you look like, or if you bring your lunch to session. We can sit on the floor or go for a walk. Our time is always focused on caring for you. We do deep, transformative work that is designed to give you real relief, all while feeling wrapped in a gentle, nurturing cocoon.

You deserve to feel deeply known and understood. Your humanity and imperfections are welcome here. The goal? Feeling safe in your body, more connected to yourself, and like you’re finally healing instead of spending a lifetime coping.

Maybe you’re convinced you’re “crazy.” Someone has told you there’s no hope, or your last therapist said they couldn’t help you. You wonder if it’s worth trying again, and you feel like if one more person leaves or hurts you, you’re not sure you’ll survive.

I’ve been there.

I love humans, and I love doing this work. I’m not scared of the messy parts of your life. My life gets messy, too.
